Party & Event Information:


We currently offer 3 types of party or racing event, the length being determined by the maximum number of people who may race and whether a food break is required.


  1. A 1-hour event for up to 10 people to race (suggested minimum is 5) Cost = £120


  1. A 90-minute event for up to 15 people to race, cost = £150


  1. A 2-hour event for up to 20 people to race, cost = £180


    4. If you require a bespoke event for more than 20 people, please e-mail us with the requirement. 20 is the max for children's          parties.


If you require a food break, either serving your own food or using our pizza deal, you will need to add 30 mins to the time and the additional cost is £30 for the extra time. No food is included in this price. We will supply full details of the pizza deal on request. The current deal is with Farmhouse Pizza who have provided this for several years now.


How it works:


All participants will race once on each lane. The winner will be the person who tops the league with the most points. If time permits, we will run a final or semi-finals and a final at the longer events.


A small trophy is provided for the winner and a medal for 2nd & 3rd. Additional quality medals may be purchased at £1.75 each and are paid for on the day so that you only pay for what you use.


We provide all cars and controllers (own cars not permitted, sorry) and full race commentary. Our race program records the fastest laps and race for every racer and displays a league table at the end.


How To Book:


Once a date and time for the party/event are agreed, we will save this for you. A booking form is available on our website and full payment is required to secure the booking. Once we receive these, we will send a confirmation e-mail to you.


Once booked, we will send you a reminder e-mail a few days before the party with any latest information. All we ask is that you send a list of first names of the racers at least 24-hours before.


Payment is preferred by bank transfer but Debit/Credit card payment may be made via a SumUp payment link which we will send you. We also need the booking form e-mailed to us please.

We were established in 2003 and have completed over 5,000 events since then without ever advertising. All staff are DBS checked and we have PLI to £5m.
