There is no pricing on the website but we are happy to send a detailed information e-mail to you on request which includes all pricing for all types of event at our Northwood Hills track. Pricing for mobile tracks is per event and the dates below are only for our permanent track and we are often able to run events at the permanent track and mobile tracks simultaneously.

We cannot guarantee that all the slots listed below are available as we receive many enquiries daily. Please e-mail me to check a specific date and please let me know your ideal date/time so that I can let you know what is available.

Most 2-hour slots may be extended by 30 mins to accommodate 20 people for a 2.5-hour party. Generally, 3-hour parties are only available late afternoon or in the evening and are for older children/adult events but please ask.

Our standard 2-hour weekend slots are 11-1 1.30-3.30 4-6 and 6.30 p.m. onwards for evening slots. These may vary subject to bookings. Midweek slots are flexible so you may choose the start time.

Please note - we can run parties Mon-Thu anytime except during our open sessions - please ask........

Fully booked means a deposit has been paid and a booking form received for all available slots.

Please e-mail for slots later than the dates shown or for availability from Monday - Thursday or for other 2012 dates. You may book as far ahead as you wish and the price you pay is the price at the time of booking. We already have bookings for 2013 so it's never too early to ensure you get the slot you want!
