We run holiday clubs for most school holidays or as requested.

All clubs run from 10-2 p.m. and unless otherwise specified are for both parents and children. Sorry but the minimum age to race is now 7 for these sessions.

The sessions cost £12.50 or £15 with 2 large slices of pizza (or Chicken Strippers - £1 extra) and a drink. Please read the whole page for full details of the lunch offer. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch if you prefer.

Remember all of these sessions are for parents and children - adults may only race if they bring a child along but children 7+ do not have to be supervised.

Book up to 9 p.m. the night before each session but if we don't reach a minimum number for each session (normaly 12-16) then it may be cancelled because it's hard to run with too few people. At least 24-hours notice will be given.

This page will be updated from time to time so please check back but once you have booked, you will be e-mailed with any latest information.

We cannot go over our maximum so please do not turn up unless you have booked by e-mail and received a confirmation from me. If we do not have at least 16 for any session it may be cancelled but 48-hours notice will be given so please ensure you check e-mails and leave a contact number with your booking e-mail.

You are only booked in if you received a confirmation of your booking by e-mail or text.

** TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ THESE **

If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 8.30 a.m. on the day of the club by either e-mail or phone 020 8868 4478. If you do not notify me, you will still have to pay £10 because it spoils the session for others. See below.

General Information

Lunch (2 large slices of pizza and a soft drink) is £2.50 extra or £3.50 for chicken strippers. You are also welcome to bring a packed lunch. 

Pizza choice is Margarita or Pepperoni.

Booking is by e-mail only to brian@pitstoppromotions.co.uk  

** When booking, please ensure you provide the following: -

1. Full name

2. Ages of all children

3. A an emergency contact number for the day where possible even if you come to the club sessions.

Ages are used as a guide when arranging the teams to ensure racing is as close and as fair as possible. 

PAYMENT

Payment is by cash only on the day but if you book and fail to cancel before 8 a.m. on the day, you will have to pay £10 as the teams are determined prior to the session to ensure the racing is fair - late cancellations spoil it for the other participants and make it difficult for the organisers on the day.
