We run holiday clubs for most school holidays and on request, special religious holidays too.

All clubs run from 10-2 p.m. and unless otherwise specified are for both parents and children. Sorry but the minimum age to race is 6.

The sessions costs £12.50 or £15 with 2 slices of pizza and a drink. Please read the whole page for full details of the lunch offer.

There will be a £2.50 discount for Open Session members who attend the weekly Mon/Thu session. Membership is £10 - see open session page

We cannot go over our maximum so please do not turn up unless you have booked by e-mail and received a confirmation from me. If we do not have at least 16 for any session it will be cancelled with 48-hours notice so please ensure you check e-mails and leave a contact number with your booking e-mail.

You are only booked in if you received a confirmation of your booking by e-mail or text.

If you cancel, you must cancel by 9 p.m. the night before or you will still have to pay as it also spoils the session for others. See below.

General Information

Lunch (2 large slices of pizza and a soft drink) is £2.50 extra or £3.50 for chicken strippers. You are also welcome to bring a packed lunch.  

Booking is by e-mail only to brian@pitstoppromotions.co.uk  

When booking, please ensure you provide the full name and ages of all children together with an emergency contact number for the day where possible even if you come to the club sessions. The ages are used as a guide when sorting out the teams to ensure racing is as close and as fair as possible. 

PAYMENT

Payment is by cash only on the day but if you book and fail to cancel before 9 p.m. the night before, you will still have to pay as the teams are determined the night before to ensure the racing is fair - late cancellations spoil it for the other participants and make it difficult for the organiser on the day.
