We run holiday clubs for most school holidays and on request, special religious holidays. All clubs run from 10-2 p.m. unless otherwise specified and are for ages 6-18. The cost is £10 for the 4-hour session

If you are interested in this session (parents may race too) please book as soon as possible as the Christmas sessions are very popular. Bookings are by e-mail only please to brian@pitstoppromotions.co.uk 

As of 12th November, 10 places are already booked so please make your booking as soon as possible. We may run a 2nd session on the 22nd December if this one is over-subscribed. 

Please note that we need a minimum of 20 to run each session but please don't wait to see if they are running as last time we cancelled a session 48 hours before and the next day, 10 other people contacted me to come along so please book now! A minimum of 48-hours notice of cancellation will be given.

If you cancel, you must cancel by 9 p.m. the night before or you will still have to pay. See below.

General Information

Lunch (2 large slices of pizza and a soft drink) is £2.50 extra or £3.50 for chicken strippers. You are also welcome to bring a packed lunch.  

Booking is by e-mail only although postal applications will be accepted with full payment in advance. e-mail brian@pitstoppromotions.co.uk  

When booking, please provide the full name and ages of all children together with an emergency contact number for the day where possible. The ages are used as a guide when sorting out the teams to ensure racing is as close and as fair as possible. 

Payment is on the day but if you book and fail to cancel 24-hours before, you will still have to pay as the teams are determined the night before to ensure the racing is fair - late cancellations spoil it for the other participants and make it difficult for the organiser on the day.
